Subject: Do you remember signing a German flag? Date: Tue, 30 Jul 2002 Hello:
Shortly before he passed, my grandfather gave me a German flag that he captured during the war. It is signed by 36 men, all presumably from Co. C of the 319th. I would like to find out what happened to these men during and after the war. If you remember signing this flag, or know someone who signed it, I would very much like to hear from you. I may be reached by click to email me Best wishes,

Subject: Major William G. Kenney Date: Wed, 10 Jul 2002 My father, William G. Kenney was honorably discharged from WWII as a Major with the 94th Infantry Division - European Theater, Headquarters. He passed away quite a few years ago. I recently have come across his discharge papers which reminded me of the medals that he was presented while serving in the Army. Does anyone know of him? He never talked much about the war. I am just wondering if anyone served with him that could tell me a little more about his time in WWII. Thank you,

Date: Sat, 6 Jul 2002 Subject: Camarillo, California 94th members I'm not sure but maybe it was you who asked about two 94th'ers who were on/in the list in my town, Camarillo, CA. Clausen: I can't find him but will still keep looking Hirsh: I did find him but only his widow remains alive. She still lives at 4206 Village #4, Camarillo, CA. 93010 Phone: (805) 482-0543. They moved to Camarillo (Liesure Village) about 15 years ago from Pennsylvania. H. Hirsh passed away five years ago at the age of 80. She mentioned he was in the "301st". Apparently she has a hard cover/bound edition of the 94th Division history and was at one of the early reunions of the division. I told her I was pretty young then but rember being at a reunion and meeting General Malony You may remember I'm the son of the 94th Division's dental officer, Major Charles P. Scudder. I do remember dad mentioning names like: Peirpont, Swope, Shuttleworth and Zwicker. These were probably 94th HQ staff. I do believe that Pierpont (Lt. Col. I think - from Owasso, Michigan) was the Division I. G. Hope this helps and please forward this to anyone who might be interested. Bob Scudder
